What projects in robotics are you involved/have been involved in?
We made a race car for Tech Skills last year.

Why do you want to join the FIRST Robotics Competition?
For the experience and prestige of the competition! I enjoy assembling and disassembling stuff.

What do you think are the ways that robotics can be applied to our daily living?
Robots are generally machines that are able to do certain things for us. Today we are surrounded by all types of machines. It would be really practical to understand how certain parts work.

Cat Angangco

What projects in robotics are you involved/have been involved in?
(Electronics) Dagitab 4

Why do you want to join the FIRST Robotics Competition?
It could help me gain more knowledge and mechanical design as I aspire to go into that type of field when I grow up

What do you think are the ways that robotics can be applied to our daily living?
Robotics can be classified as technologies with artificial intelligence. They're best for circumstances that can't always or is dangerous for man, like fixing/making things in mass production.

Christian Esguerra

What projects in robotics are you involved/have been involved in?
None so far.

Why do you want to join the FIRST Robotics Competition?
I have a lifelong dream of actually building a machine from scratch and from true fabricated parts, not just from makeshift ones; and I think FRC is that one sweet opportunity to at last harness and hone my inner creativity in mechanics.

What do you think are the ways that robotics can be applied to our daily living?
I think robotics will make a more organized person, attacking daily problems step by step, with heart and full confidence.

Ada Agupitan

What projects in robotics are you involved/have been involved in?
This is my first. I want to start getting involved.

Why do you want to join the FIRST Robotics Competition?
I want to expand my horizon and be able to contribute to this momentous event in Science and Technology. I'm a fast learner and have experience in social relations, programming and design.

What do you think are the ways that robotics can be applied to our daily living?
Robotics is a fast growing division that can be applied in manufacturing and increasing the efficiency and ease in everyday living. AI and different robotic elements can be applied to mundane aspects of life for something as simple as automation.

Brandon Cueto

What projects in robotics are you involved/have been involved in?
elective and my toys

Why do you want to join the FIRST Robotics Competition?
Because it looks like a big competition and that's a challenge. Challenges are nice.

What do you think are the ways that robotics can be applied to our daily living?

Julia Negre

What projects in robotics are you involved/have been involved in?
I had simple electronics in Tech Prep in my first year.

Why do you want to join the FIRST Robotics Competition?
I see this competition as a challenge and a great opportunity to discover whatever hidden capabilities I am gifted with. Joining FRC would also be an opportunity for me to develop the few mechanical skills that I have.

What do you think are the ways that robotics can be applied to our daily living?
The mechanical/electronic skills that I will be learning can always be handy in house works and even school works. Dealing with troubleshooting will also prepare me for bigger daily life problems.

Chuck Bataclan

What projects in robotics are you involved/have been involved in?
None.

Why do you want to join the FIRST Robotics Competition?
I want to join because I want to learn more about robots, to have fun and to gain experience.

What do you think are the ways that robotics can be applied to our daily living?
cyborgs, part robot-humans

Rachel Lim

What projects in robotics are you involved/have been involved in?
This is my first robotics involvement.

Why do you want to join the FIRST Robotics Competition?
Though I don't want to pursue physics or engineering, this is a great opportunity for me to experience the nitty-gritty of hands-on science and research, which I will be doing as a future biologist.

What do you think are the ways that robotics can be applied to our daily living?
The further mechanization of industrial processes eases the production of goods and so serves to accelerate their mass production.

Job Encarnacion

What projects in robotics are you involved/have been involved in?
Philippine Robotics Olympiad, Robo elective

Why do you want to join the FIRST Robotics Competition?
I want to apply my skills in this event and also I want to be able to help in the project that may bring honor to the country.

What do you think are the ways that robotics can be applied to our daily living?
Machinery is very useful and it is now commonly used. Knowledge about these things may bring ease when problems come.

JJ Paz

What projects in robotics are you involved/have been involved in?
Robotics elective

Why do you want to join the FIRST Robotics Competition?
I believe this competition can help me improve my skills in engineering and the other aspects involved in Robotics..

What do you think are the ways that robotics can be applied to our daily living?
They can become a great help as assistants.

Joel Ng

What projects in robotics are you involved/have been involved in?
This is my first one.

Why do you want to join the FIRST Robotics Competition?
This gives me a sneak peek of what mechanical engineering feels like since that is what I'm going for in college.

What do you think are the ways that robotics can be applied to our daily living?
Most of our daily activities involve robots.

Jami Imperial

What projects in robotics are you involved/have been involved in?
none yet except my toy cars

Why do you want to join the FIRST Robotics Competition?
Because it’s a chance to learn something new in technology.

What do you think are the ways that robotics can be applied to our daily living?
Getting jobs that are difficult for humans alone to do.

Remo Dandoy

What projects in robotics are you involved/have been involved in?
none. But I want to be

Why do you want to join the FIRST Robotics Competition?
Because I think it is very nice if I were able to give what I can in this competition.

What do you think are the ways that robotics can be applied to our daily living?
I think robotics is useful now in our lives because it can be used in factories, etc. and in achieving our new scientific goals.
